Policies

  • Order will ship out within 5-10 working days (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after payment made. 


  • If you miss the delivery person, a card will be left to give you instructions to either arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local sorting office / delivery depot. If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, customer did not collect at local sorting office within 7 days after missing delivery), the customer shall bear the second delivery cost.


  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchased.


  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  • HowardTech will not bear the delivery cost (returning the defected/damaged items to us) for warranty claim. However, the delivery cost for the replacement items will be covered.
